I hope those bastards are on this list. We wrote our own letter just
like Tucows, and did it before they did and sent it out to all our
subscribers.. We further did another mailing using the Tucows model as
well.. We have all of our DNS modified such that any and all domain
names that are registered by this Domain Reg of America point to a
custom web page at our NOC which tell our subscriber base just what
these low life scum are all about. I invite them to try and sue us as
well.. They are extremely lucky that, we as well as a plethora of other
providers and resellers have not sued them already. They are dirt bags
plain and simple that are defrauding the American public, abuse the US
Mail system by sending bulk and fraudulent letters, and further seek to
misguide and mislead people about who their registrar is. They will
never win. I cannot believe that they would even have the audacity to
try and take this to court.
Final prediction.... 6 months and Domain Registry of America is out of
business. SCUM!!!
Anyway, if Tucows needs any support relevant to this crap, just let us
and any other RSP know and I am sure we would all be willing to testify
in a counter suit on this issue, as to how DROA has de-frauded the
consumer, and seeks to wrongfully steal business.
