this isn't the only problem.
It's not only for transfers but also with registering new domains.
And it's not only the country but also the nameservers. Instead of
prepopulating with the ns of the loaded domain our standard ns got
inserted. Other data seem to be okay.
It's just happened to me and the preloaded domain was a "biz" if that
matters.
