Wait, no, it won't.
Assuming you have a case, where "domain.com" is at NetSol, using
"ns1.other.com" and "other.com" is with SRS, then the answer is that
it will not (should not) affect domain-resolution at all. SRS (as the
registrar for other.com) is the only registar who should be able to
control any host records within that domain.
NetSol might TRY to send up outdated host records, but the registry
SHOULD reject them (and in cases where I've had this happen, the
NetSol whois showed the obsolete data for about a year, with no
harmful effects in the domain resolution).
