How do you submit a request for a change of Organization name for a *.ca domain? I was told by tech support that it was done through Cira's website, but my client came back at me and told me that the only thing he could find was a message that said "There are currently no requests waiting to be processed".
So, is it through Cira or OpenSRS? URL?
