You just got my curious... we have some .nu domains too and we changed our
name server IPs back in April. I just did a WHOIS on one of our .nu
domains and their WHOIS database still shows the old IP address. However
the domains work fine and any changes made to them resolve
correctly. Why? Because the .com registry is still the authoritive
registry for my .com nameservers.

Doing an nslookup shows the name servers by host name and then DNS
resolves those hostnames to the correct IP addresses.

I think .nu WHOIS is broken in the same way as NSI's WHOIS is since .nu
uses NSI NIC handles and such, I figure they pull their information from
NSI's WHOIS.
