Incorrect - you need the AUTH_CODE, since this is actually part of the
transfer command stub that's sent to the registry.
Without the auth_code, we cannot submit the transfer request properly (it'll
fail right away).
This is an "EPP-ism", something that's part of the EPP protocol and
implemented by .us/.biz/.info and will be (when they have that piece) by
.name
And any other registrar that employs the EPP protocol and model going
forward
