today I got an email from a client.
He had tried to complete the transfer to another provider and got the
following error message:
The error which occurred was:
Though you approved this transfer request, an error was encountered
while attempting to process it. Please contact Medizin & MedTech-Verlag to
check the status of your transfer. Error: Unable to approve or cancel the
domain's transfer away: 2202 2202:Invalid authorization identifier

When I check (still now) the domain in the live system, the domain is still
in my
account, whereas when I look to the whois, the domain is already transferred.
The live system 'domain notes' show a 'transfer to ....' message.
Isn't the live system also updated immediately, usually?
