This seems to imply that you don't need actually need the transfer code
to complete a .biz/.info/.us transfer -- that is, using the code makes it
go faster, but that it completes after five days anyway without it.
Unless I've completely misunderstood before, haven't we been told that
it's impossible to complete a .biz/.info/.us transfer at all without the
code? Or did the customer enter the correct code at the other registrar
to authorize it (and if so, why does OpenSRS ask for it at all on the
transfer away pages)?
