Chuck et al,

Is there a way to initiate an incoming transfer using a photo-id and
letter from the administrative e-mail address instead of the normal
administrative e-mail address verification?

Something like this form from DomainDiscover:

I'd happily pay a convenience fee for this service. Perhaps a new
service offering if this doesn't exist?

I have a customer where the existing registrar (Joker) where the
administrative e-mail address got out of date, the domain expired, and
was renewed.. but joker changed the name servers to
not-renewed.joker.com, so nothing works. Joker hasn't responded and time
is running out before their incoming e-mail will all bounce.
