Ha ha. Anyway, I don't begrudge OpenSRS at all for fixing the transfer
auth bounce messages. I'm sure someone would have abused it. I know that
as a humble RSP I'd *like* to have the same trust from the registry that
you guys have. But I know I haven't jumped through the hoops to become a
full-fledged registrar, so I haven't really earned that trust.. :-)

OK. Audit trails are good.
(As a side point, in this new service we have conjured up, FAXes of
photo id's could be stored in the database as well.)

Thanks for clarifying the business rules as you understand them. That
helps me.
