Even stranger, TUCOWS's mail server is relaying all the responses people
are sending to payments@opensrs.org as if it were a mailing list.

Agreed; requiring resellers to post part of a PDF is silly. Yes, I know
how to get the text out; no, I should not have to cut and paste text and
create my own HTML from it.

I've complained for years that the Exhibit A's and so forth are in
terrible formats -- first it was Word, then it was horrific Word-exported
HTML... and now PDF? It's getting worse every time the format is changed.
These things need to be available in plain text, or some minimal, correct
HTML.

Also, section 2.1 and all of section 3 of the new Exhibit B we're being
asked to post says that Nominet will be invoicing the registrant for
renewals. I don't believe this is the case, is it?
