As stated recently in the "Neulevel Problems" thread:

We are aware of the problems, and already have initiatives under way working
with the registry to correct them. They're somewhat hard to track down,
because network traffic and other connectivity issues (that would normally
cause this) don't exist. Also, some tests work flawlessly, others fail, and
there seems to be no correlation to failures and timing.

Rest assured that our teams and theirs are working together to try to find
an amicable (and hopefully expedient!) solution (even though this has been
going on for some time).
