Hrm...

You can actually get a list of your current IP block via
http://resellers.opensrs.net - under "Tech Contact Information", RIGHT
below the Tech Email Address is a link to email the IP ACL to the current
Tech Email

This will give you some ideas if things have changed.

If you're using a co-lo or perhaps going through a routing device (such as
a DSL router, etc) your provider may have altered your network
architecture without you knowing, and thus altering your "source" IP (from
our system's point of view). You may wish to check into that....
