weird problem with biz name

Hey all,

Trying to re-send a password for a .biz name, but
its when I enter the domain in the RWI - it does
not show Admin Info! As a result, it doesn't
parse the email address for admin.

The admin details are there on the whois however.
The domain in question is acutech.biz.

Can this be fixed as a priority?
