Nameserver / IP settings at manage interface

Hallo,

I have a client, who has entered his nameservers
at the manage interface, but the IP does not resolve.

When I check the nameserver with f.ex. tracert, the
IP resolves without problem.

Is there a possibility to enter the Ip manually?
