Is the process getting less transparent....

The title of
http://www.geotrust.com/certificateregistration/registration.htm is
"Tucows Certificate Request"

Then there is the following section:

"Questions?
About your Certificate Code: Please contact Tucows Support at
support@opensrs.org or by calling 1-800-371-6992"

Shouldn't that say something like "Questions about your certificate
code: please contact the reseller you pruchased it through".

I'm sure OpenSRS support is already overburdened enough. I always
thought
our customers were suppose to come to us for support, not go directly
to
OpenSRS.
