This is an excellent point that we will have to keep in mind. I would
hope that through dealing with your sales rep on a one on one basis that
the two of you could come to some sort of conclusion based on facts like
these. As I've mentioned, I'm on top of this internally and will be sure
to get back to the list late Friday with any further information that I
have. My goal is to clarify the criteria based on a complete
understanding of all of the facts (such as those that you raise).
