.cc domain transfer - nameservers changed?

Hi,

I have a customer who transferred a .cc domain to us, and in the process
it appears that his nameservers changed at the cc registry.

The nameservers in his domain record are correct, however if I "dig" his
domain, it returns a different set of nameservers.

Any ideas?

It appears that enic are still away for the holidays. I've emailed
support, but nothing yet.
