I do not want to transfer the domains to another registrar, just to be able
to delete them.
(additionally will will loose the money for the transfers)

The domains have been reserved some time ago, but up to now without content.
(a set of com/net/org/biz)
A competitor reserved the same domain name with the German country extension.
Meanwhile he has started to fill his domain with content.
So now he may claim to get these domain names because he has established a
site which is meanwhile well known within the specific audience.
Current tendencies in Germany (concerning court decisions) are like that.
The competitor may not claim any damage, but if he will ask and attorney
to claim the domain names, I would have to pay the attorneys fees.
(about $1000).
So I really need to delete the domains.
