Re: INFO domains and WHOIS

I did send this to OpenSRS support, but did not yet receive an answer, so I
thought it might be good to see if others are experiencing this issue.

A customer noticed something strange about email contact changes for INFO
domains and I can confirm it happens.

Make an email address change to a .INFO domain name, the update seems to
take for some period of time. Some period of time later, minutes or hours,
the email address resets to the initial value.

I can confirm this behavior when making modifications to one of our INFO
domains.

The domains in question are locked, but the Tucows locking guide states:

So I can only assume that the issue does not have anything to do with
locking...

Can anyone else confirm problems making email contact changes for INFO
domains?
