RE: How to get domains deleted

Yes, it is possible to delete a domain at Tucows. We typically only do the
odd deletion (for mistakes) within 5 days of creation. If you wish a domain
deleted after 5 days of creation, you will get no refund, and there should
be a legal reason for doing so (i.e. court order, law suit, etc).

Otherwise, we prefer to simply allow the domain to exist until it expires
naturally.

You're not really allowed to change the data on a domain on behalf of
the
registrant unless they give explicit permission to do so....

It was not my intention to do any illegal procedures
(which would be probably as a result even more complicated
  then the situation is now)
By the way, even with permission of the registrant, it would be illegal !

  Chuck,

could I get an official statement:

It is possible to delete a domain name at Tucows?
I had sent an email + fax to staff without reply (~7 days ago)

  Thank you

  Matthias
