I've tried OpenSRS Support, but can't seem to get a quick answer. So I'm
trying my luck here. Has anyone ever had this error and how did you solve it?
Order 7604187 (xxxx.ca) not registered: Command failed 404124 Registrant
already exists. Its Unique Registrant Identifier Code is : 404124.
This is an "upgrade" from 3rd level to 2nd level. When we change the
registrant, the registration (or the resolution process) never completes....
