Cert renewal messages

I can't find where to change the text of this one and how to configure WHEN it is sent? I
don't recall seeing one from the system (though it's possible I missed it) ... or could
have failed because the domain name is showing wrong in our list of certs? 'send' instead
of 'send-it-secure.com'

I did just receive one from Entrust. I don't like it :o(
