Final word on NetSol transfer outs?

How long has it been taking lately for the customer to receive their transfer away
confirmation? Registry request date is almost 36 hours ago. Should I be worried?

Is there a way to resend?

This domain had a 'no.valid.email', but he changed that before we resubmitted, at least it
shows changed in their public WHOIS. Will that still be a problem for us?
