I think the contents of that message are controlled by a setting in the RWI.

Look in the Technical Contact section -- there's a link to "Email Message
from Tucows : Configure Message" (it's towards the bottom in the Domain
Name Options.)

Is anything checked in the "Included Fields In Message" section?
