If it's anywhere, it would be in the Reseller agreement. Check with Paul on
this, but the UDRP to my understanding is a more something that applies more to
binding registrants with with respect to disputes over domain registrations.
Again, to my understanding, as resellers, we don't fall directly under the ICANN
rules, those apply to Tucows. We fall under the reseller agreement we sign with
Tucows. And I'm with you, if you didn't get paid for the domain registration,
you should have a way of holding the domain for non-payment.
