Could you not write up a contract with the user to stop this?
I'm no law expert, but I see loads of these "Company X is not
responsible for X Y Z" etc contracts, basically handing off all issues
to the user.
I'm not even bothered about all this, just wondered how Go Daddy where
doing it.
