For grins I tried it both from the client software and
from the RWI.

- From the OpenSRS-SF client (V1.59), it took a little
  less than 15 minutes to receive the login info.
- From the RWI, it took less than a minute.

Both options seem to be working OK for me, but clearly
it's quicker for me to log in to the RWI and do the
password send. (The advantage to sending it from the
client software, of course, is that the customer never
had to tell me there was a problem...they can solve it
themselves).
