While we're testing, does it normally take so long for the mail to be
distributed?

Which is 6:34pm GMT if I'm not mistaken. I received the message at
7:17pm GMT.
I always thought the list was moderated and maybe that's why messages
never came back quickly (or is it moderated?)
Anyone else seeing this?
