Given the nature of the beast:
1. As with ALL auction type scenarios, the price offered may not be acceptable
to ANY buyer(sometimes sellers bid annonymously to drive up prices, etc...)
2. The price is greatly exagerated due to perceived or implied value.
3. The person ****KNOWS**** what they are buying! Domains are the same
all over.
There shouldn't be any refunds! ALSO, any "refunds" should be between the
buyer and seller. Any agent should be responsible only for returning a
portion of their commission.
Frankly, I think it is obscene that places like verisign can do this. What
is to prevent them from hoarding better names to sell at higher prices.
BESIDES, verisign can do EVERYTHING! They can check traffic patterns,
and keep the names without anyone knowing. Talk about a monopoly. It is
bad enough that private indivuals can do this.
