IDN domains were already updated (the latest batch) as per the registry and
a recent announcement (this was done a couple of weeks ago, when they were
closer to 90 days from expiry).
I suggest you send the domain name in question to support so they can check
and verify if this is an actual multilingual (and not one of the legacy
"fake" ones)
