Please stick with UTC alone.
It is very confusing when you list more than one time zone and that's the
reason we settled on UTC now. Some of us recognize standard/daylight
savings, some do not. Some of us have multiple servers in different parts
of the world.
Anyone who doesn't know their UTC offset can double click the time in the
taskbar (on a windows 95+ computer) to find it. If you're on another OS,
you are probably smart enough to find the offset on your own.
