Adrian replied to me off-list, and pointed out that since I'm not set up
to do .CA domains (just com/net/org), I'm not being sent the .CA-related
bulletins.
While it would be informative to get such info regardless, it makes sense.
So I don't think anything's broken (at least for me)...
