FWIW, I would wait for GeoTrust to respond. They have always given us
excellent support and personal attention. It was one critical reason we
shifted a mass of SSL certs to them from Thawte. GeoTrust support has been
consistently good to fantastic for us.

Their support quality is second only to Tucows (grin).
