Currently within OpenSRS .name transfers are not possible. I will keep
everyone posted on the availability of this functionality.

If you have current transfers requests please let me know offline.

Are transfers or .name-domains not possible? The RWI states, that it
cannot transfer .name, but the page
http://www.opensrs.org/dotname_info.shtml says that Transfers are
permitted after the 61st day of registry live.

So what's true now?
