Currently this feature is only available in our open test environment
(Horizon) https://horizon.opensrs.net/resellers/.
Once it's live in our production systems (tomorrow Dec. 10th)
https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/resellers/ you will need to signup for it
before it will show in the RWI.
Signing up for .cn requires that you:
1. sign and fax back pages 2 and 5 of the .cn RSP Registration Agreement
2. post the html copy of the .cn IP Reseller Agreement Exhibit A
The contracts are available at http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs/contracts
and they will also be posted in the Resource Directory tomorrow.
