Correct.
.info registry has various attributes for a domain - in order to
enable the ones that most closely mimic locking for com/net/org
(i.e. transfers not allowed, and nameserver changes don't work) we
also have to enable an attribute (lock domain) that effectively
COMPLETELY locks the domain (can't renew, can't transfer, can't
change nameservers, can't even update contact information)
