Correction. ICANN put out an advisory concerning settlement for the .biz
class-action. http://www.icann.org/announcements/advisory-29dec02.htm
We will be sending out a notification with instructions on this to all .biz
Resellers.
Please note: Claims can be accepted up to February 28th.

Hrm... this process has already been done, and all money (once
agreeing to a contract) has been refunded to applicable resellers.
This was done up until late March 2002.
