Hello Saurabh:

It should happen nearly instantly (during business hours) once we receive
the fax.

You receive a confirmation e-mail which contains a warm welcome and gives
you instructions on how to get started.

I can only surmise that there has been a delay on account of the holidays
(or the fax hasn't been received).

If you still have not received your confirmation, E-mail me off-list and I
will look into your specific situation.
