I have MANY transfers that were told would be manually handled and still days later nothing has come through. Please help OpenSRS. They expire soon as days go by and I am afraid of loosing the sales... This is a BIG client.. Please advise ASAP. I have been told these are handled with priority but still haven't got any notice of this. I got a email stating they will be manually done, but no confirmations and the owners have still not received any transfer emails.

HELP!
