They ****BETTER**** still support email templates! When I had to change
my details, it took MONTHS, and it was because they supported ONLY email
templates for older accounts. The newer accounts supposedly had simpler
ways of working. Even though I paid them recently, etc... My account was
considered old because I opened it earlier.
If you try to change domain details, there SHOULD be an option to get an
email template. It is made FOR YOU. You have to modify it as indicated,
and send it USING THE SAME EMAIL ACCOUNT, and pray it works. What if you
DON'T have the same email account? Then is when they run you through the
mill. Since I travel a lot, this took me months. Oh yeah, they will do
it when/if they get around to it.
