Mark,
We are definitely looking at this on Discuss and you can be assured you will
not be ignored. We have started discussing this internally to see what if
anything can be done.
Everyone's position on this is understood and we will see if there is
anything we can come up with.
In the mean time I welcome all suggestions and comments on this issue.

C'mon tucows, don't sleep on this one or avoid it, the rest of us "small
guys" (I spent over 13K there last year, is that not enough?) probably make
up a greater portion of the business as a whole than one of the big fish.
Even a "we're reading your comments, but not ignoring you" would be nice.
Oh, and for the record I object to Telus having 2 positions in the list.
