We recommend the ca_reg.cgi for .ca purchases, but have left the existing
.ca functionality in the current client code to allow resellers to migrate.
The ca_reg.cgi is a new component with improved (much!) .ca registration
process flow and is the best to use.

Shortly we'll be completely removing .ca from reg_system.cgi - and you can
disable that as well.
