Next zone file update for the registry that you're working in... that's when
it will be "live". These times (when the zone file updates) varies across
registries, and then there's occasionally TTL values to deal with.
Generally, you can count on "twice a day" for zone file updates and a 48HR
TTL that might cause hiccups for a couple of days (at the outset)

Change is real-time as far as the registry is concerned.
