There will be no difference in the working of the domain :)

Since the registry for .com doesn't "know" the actual IP addresses for ccTLD
nameservers (more accurately, non-COM/NET nameservers) it simply doesn't
show them. DNS resolution takes care of the rest, as long as the host
ns1.websales.com.au is setup correctly
