The message was sent by a compromised Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft
Outlook is notorious for being vulnerable to such compromises.
I do wish to retract some of the tone of my message, though. As others
have rightly pointed out, it wasn't necessarily Kim Phelan's fault that
the message was posted to appear as from her address, which is something
I insinuated. My apologies.
