There have been already been a number of calls this morning into our Sales
Group expressing interest in username/password downloads.
If you are interested in this capability, can you please wait until after
our mid-April implementation before contacting your Account Manager to
request access.

I am pleased to inform you that Tucows is in the process of implementing the
capability for resellers to download a flat file of customer usernames and
passwords.
We understand that this capability is important in that it allows you to
provide more responsive support to your customers.
To gain access to this feature, resellers will need to communicate with
their Account Manager and request access to this functionality.
This feature will be implemented in the maintenance release that is
scheduled for deployment in mid-April.
