Hello Gordon,

Actually there is some kind of resolve.
All multilingual domains now point to 198.41.1.35,
site of Verisign. Try $host or $nslookup any domain.

If such name registered - there is window with question
"Are you trying to visit "www.ћтрятря.com"?" and two
buttons - one to download plugin and second to proceed to
site without plugin (simple javascript redirect to
www.BQ--****.mltbd.COM site)- and it really works.
