Agreed, perhaps it being the first business day of the month, and being
eyeballs deep in collecting I may have spoke too harshly.

However, lets face the reality, these domains are past expiry and since
verisign will never just delete them like they should, this can all be
avoided if the customer paid for their domain on time, or in the 30ish days
grace given by the registrar.
