has piped his daily renewal-notices from opensrs into the Spamcop-
system, and at least 3 domain-owners managed to enter a spamtrap
from Spamcop instead of their own email-address.
In all cases Tucows got a notice, and would have been able to report
the failing users to Spamcop which in turn will immediately close
that account, and tell them their spamtraps are not secret anymore.
Tucows could also simply change the ip of the outgoing mailserver
and fix the problem within a few seconds.
And btw Tucows is still number #2 in providing spamvertized domains:
http://www.polarbeach.com/topics/Registrars.htm, but the spammers
are now moving to Joker because they also provide bulletproof dns...
